Bequest
Leave a Lasting Legacy
Every Step You Take Today Can Inspire Generations Tomorrow
A gift in your Will is one of the most meaningful ways you can create lasting change.
By remembering the Indigenous Marathon Foundation (IMF) in your Will, you can help ensure future generations of First Nations people have the opportunity to lead healthier lives, discover their potential and become leaders within their communities.
Your legacy will continue long after your lifetime, empowering people through the simple yet powerful act of running.
The Difference Your Legacy Can Make
Your gift could help:
- Inspire the next generation of First Nations leaders through the Indigenous Marathon Project.
- Support children to build confidence and healthy habits through the I-CAN Program.
- Expand Running and Walking groups into more remote communities.
- Create opportunities for people of all ages to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
- Build stronger, healthier and more connected communities across Australia.
No matter the size, every gift has the power to create lasting impact.
A Gift That Reflects Your Values
After providing for your loved ones, many people choose to leave a gift to a cause that reflects what mattered most to them during their lifetime.
A bequest to the Indigenous Marathon Foundation is a powerful way to leave a legacy of opportunity, resilience and hope.
It is an investment in future generations and a commitment to helping close the gap through leadership, health and education.
Types of Gifts You Can Leave
There are several ways you can include the Indigenous Marathon Foundation in your Will:
- A percentage of your estate
- The remainder (residuary) of your estate
- A specific sum of money
- Property, shares or other valuable assets
Your solicitor can advise you on the option that best reflects your wishes.
