I am really keen to participate in the IMF Running Program but I do acknowledge and agree that my participation in the program is at my own risk. I acknowledge and understand that participation in activities such as the IMF Running Program can result in injury or death. I am aware of and I expressly assume all inherent risks associated with participating in the IMF Running Program.

In consideration of accepting this entry form, I release all persons associated with the conduct of the Program (including but not limited to the Indigenous Marathon Foundation, contracted companies and all public authorities, all employees, agents, contractors and volunteers including medical and paramedical staff) from all liability (including liability for their negligence), and waive all claims what so ever, and will indemnify them against all liability, for all injury, loss and damage arising out of or connected with my participation in the Event (including pre and post Event activities). This release, waiver and indemnity continue forever and bind my heirs, executors and personal representatives.

I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have sufficiently gained medical clearance to participate in the Program.
I consent to receive any medical treatment the Program First Aiders and/or Program organiser believes appropriate in the event of illness or injuries suffered by me during the Program, and I agree to pay for the costs of my medical treatment, if required. I understand that safety precautions undertaken at the Program are merely a service to me but are not a guarantee of safety.

I consent to Program organisers and the Indigenous Marathon Foundation using my name, image and likeness, before, during or after the Program for program and event promotional broadcasting or reporting purposes in any media.
